All models are wrong, but some are useful

Causation: indicates that one event is the result of the occurrence of the other event.
	Identifying causation requires controlled experiments
Correlation: describes the size and direction of a relationship between two or more variables.

• Simple – one independent variable
• Linear – straight-line association between the variables
• Regression model – representing the strength of the relationship
